Abstract

This work fabricated high quality Nano-Ni using electrochemical deposition through purifying plating solution, adjusting current density and additive. The mean three-dimensional size of nanocrystalline Ni prepared by electrodeposition is larger than 5mm, the average grain size is 26nm, the density is 8.8343g/cm3, and the average hardness is 384.1HV1.0.
