The 2nd Annual Management, Business, and Economics Conference (AMBEC) is hosted by State Polytechnic of Malang, Indonesia. The conference, virtually held on 5 September 2020, aims to (1) bring together the researchers and practitioners, students, and civil society organization representatives in the scientific forum; (2) share and discuss theoretical and practical knowledge about innovation and management, business, and economics.

To create a fruitful discussion on the theme of “business and information system issues: towards a global interconnected society, challenges during and after the pandemic”, the conference invited two speakers with reputable expertise, namely: Prof. -Ing. Adonis-Emmanouil Fragkakis, the President of Zurich Elite Business School, Switzerland; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mira Kartiwi, Deputy Director – E-Learning Unit Center for Professional Development, International Islamic University Malaysia, Malaysia.

This year’s conference proceedings are going to be proposed for publication to Atlantis Press and those of the previous one were. There were 89 participants of the conference and 67 of them sent their abstract to the committee. However, after a rigorous reviewing process, only 53 papers were considered for publication submission to the publisher.
