Abstract

At present colleges and universities in our country have initially created diversified funding system for impoverished students, such as award, loan, financing, subsidies and reduction. Impoverished students' finance management contents in colleges and universities are becoming richer and richer. Using the advanced network technology to create impoverished students' affirmation and funding system with rich information, accurate positioning and operability can realize impoverished students' electronic archives, democratic review and submission of poverty and grant application, etc, which can make simplified, open, efficient and standardized impoverished students affirmation and independent work.
