Abstract

Purposes: Integrated emotional concept into the innovative design of the human-machine interface of medical monitoring equipment to enhance its ease of use and availability. Methods: Use Donald Norman's three levels of product emotional experience model, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Kansei engineering theory, combined with variety of research methods to tap user's emotional needs. Results: Construct a user emotion needs model for human-machine interface of medical monitoring equipment.
