Proceedings of the 2017 International Conference on Advanced Materials Science and Civil Engineering (AMSCE 2017)
The 2017 International Conference on Advanced Materials Science and Civil Engineering (AMSCE2017), organized by the Advanced Science and Technology Application Research Center (ASTARC) and supported by scientists from across the world, was successfully opened in Phuket, Thailand on April 21 and 22, 2017.
In recent years, researches on advanced materials and its application are developing at an amazing speed and scientists have achieved great results. In the field of civil, chemical, construction, nuclear, aeronautical, agricultural, mechanical, medical, biomedical and electrical engineering, these outcomes either helped solve long-existed problems, or provided us with opportunities to achieve what was impossible before.
For the spread and further application of recent achievements on material studies, we felt an obligation in ourselves as members of this group to organize the AMSCE 2017 as an international communication stage for all other scientists in the field.
On April 22, we have received participants from various countries and regions and they have presented and shared with us their researches with generosity. The communication among the participants was also exciting; their exchange of ideas on each other’s work will contribute much to their future work.
To ensure the quality of papers for presenting at AMSCE 2017, we have adopted a strict and anonymous reviewing process. Paper submitted to AMSCE 2017, after removing of the author information, will be reviewed by 2 reviewers assigned by the chairs. If the paper is recommended to be accepted by both reviewers, then it will be accepted for publication. Papers accepted by one reviewer but is rejected by the other will be reviewed again by the third expert specially assigned by the chair. Recommendations and suggestions will be returned to the contributor for paper-revising regardless of the reviewing results.
After reviewing, 40 papers of excellence and wide applications from about 200 submissions are accepted for including in this book under 3 chapters.
