- Abstract
Basic scientific data is an important foundation for scientific research, and establishing an effective data value evaluation system is an inevitable requirement for improving the output level and influence of scientific research results. This article proposes a method for evaluating the value of basic science data based on combination weighting, which is applicable to basic science data. A data value evaluation indicator system is established from three aspects: the cost value, intrinsic value, and utility value of the data. The relative weight values of each evaluation indicator are calculated using the combination weighting method, and the value level of the data is divided by a comprehensive evaluation function. The case analysis shows that this method can accurately evaluate the value level of basic scientific data.
