The International Conference on Civil Engineering and Architecture for Sustainable Infrastructure Development and Environment (CEASIDE 2025) was organized by the Government Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala, India and was held from 9th to 11th October 2025, continuing its strong legacy of fostering high-quality scholarly interactions and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. This biennial conference serves as a premier forum for researchers, academicians, scientists, and industry professionals to exchange innovative ideas, share insights, and discuss emerging developments in Civil and Architectural Engineering.

The theme of CEASIDE 2025, “Innovative Building Solutions: Harnessing Technology for Sustainable Infrastructure,” aimed to explore creative and practical approaches to sustainable infrastructure development addressing the challenges of rapid urbanization, climate change, and resource depletion. The primary objective of CEASIDE 2025 was to provide a dynamic platform for researchers, academicians, and professionals to present their latest research innovations and best practices in Civil and Architectural Engineering.

The conference also served as an international networking platform for sharing experiences, research outcomes, and innovative methodologies. Over the years, CEASIDE has emerged as a platform for bringing together experts and practitioners to deliberate on advancements in materials, design, construction, and sustainability. To support its broad and multidisciplinary scope, CEASIDE 2025 featured several specialized technical tracks, including Hydraulics and Water Resources Engineering, Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Geotechnical Engineering, along with two tracks in Architectural Engineering—Planning Tomorrow: Cities, Communities & Digital Futures and Building Futures: Architecture, Society & Sustainability. Collectively, these tracks provided a comprehensive forum for presenting state-of-the-art research and facilitated the exchange of knowledge across a wide spectrum of emerging domains in Civil and Architectural Engineering.

This proceedings volume comprises peer-reviewed papers presented in the CEASIDE 2025 tracks. Each submission underwent a rigorous review process to ensure the publication of high-quality research that is scientifically sound, original, and consistent with the conference theme and scope. The papers included herein encompass experimental investigations, computational studies, methodological advancements, and case analyses that contribute to advancing contemporary understanding in Civil and Architectural Engineering.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all authors for their valuable contributions, to the reviewers for their meticulous evaluation and constructive feedback, and to the organizing and technical committees for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the successful conduct of CEASIDE 2025. We also express our appreciation to Atlantis Press for their support in publishing and disseminating this proceedings volume to the global research community.
