Abstract

In the middle-level cadre education and training, it is necessary to strengthen party spirit education and improve ideological and moral cultivation, focus on examining the overall situation, grasping the trend of thinking ability and looking forward to the future of forward-awareness education, and strengthen the development of scientific methods and techniques. In education and training, it is necessary to establish a training evaluation incentive mechanism, strictly train discipline, and improve the training effectiveness.
