Abstract

The "block mode" house number system does not conform to the national conditions and domestic habits, nor does it match the geographical environment of Xi'an, so it is necessary to select a "road mode" house number system; in terms of house number coding scheme, since "sequence coding" and "distance coding" have their own coding defects, so it is recommended to adopt the "quantization coding" scheme.
