Abstract

The authors analyze the global practice of transition to environmental forms of energy in order to protect the environment. The article focuses on the discursive nature of the decisions made and the contradictions of their implementation. It is shown that Russia is involved in the global environmental movement, but takes just its first steps on this path. Further progress in this direction depends on the social and economic development and greening of consciousness.
