The International Conference on Computer, Networks and Communication Technology (CNCT 2016) is a leading scientific venue, and, already CNCT 2016 has established itself as being one of the most important events in Asia that is related to advancing the domains of Computer Networks, Communication Engineering and Information Technology. Indeed, this forum makes it possible for such scientific experts to share the results of their enquiries in these fields - and to further world knowledge.
Xiamen, People's Republic of China, held this edition of the Conference from December 16th to 18th 2016. The event has been organized by the Science and Engineering Research Centre in Hong Kong, as well as by the Faculty of Physics and Applied Computer Science, AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, Poland.
CNCT 2016 has attracted 289 outstanding word class submissions. Out of these, 118 were accepted for publication in the Conference proceedings. Alas, the extremely high level of scientific research seen within the submitted contributions has meant that many excellent papers were not included in the technical program of CNCT. Fortunately, all the papers accepted by the CNCT Technical Program Committee will be published by Atlantis Press in the post-proceedings edited volume, and will be submitted to the EI and CPCI index by the publisher.
This proceedings volume contains all contributions presented during the International Conference on Computer, Networks and Communication Technology. The main part of the tome – following the submissions of the invited speakers – is divided into six sections. These cover the following main topics of the conference: Computer Networks, Communication Engineering and Technology, Wireless Communication Engineering and Technology, Electronic and Embedded Systems, Information Technology, and, lastly – Information Security.
We would like to thank all those who are participating in, and contributing to the conference program, as well as all the authors who have submitted their papers. We also wish to thank all our colleagues – the members of Technical Program Committee - both for their hard work during the review process and for their cordiality and outstanding local organization of the Conference. Finally, words of special gratitude should go to the five invited speakers who are scheduled to deliver their talks at CNCT 2016 and who are sharing their internationally recognized expertise in their particular research fields, namely: Professor Yeo Kiat Seng, Professor Piotr A. Kowalski, Professor Yi-Kuei Lin, Professor Gaoxi Xiao, and Professor Wen-Tsai Sung.
