Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the essence of the personal development, the significance of the implementation of this strategy in the educational process, the need for special training and the organization of the personal development practice. The structure of the educational process aimed at stimulating students' self-development is presented. The results of the study allow us to proceed to meaningful and targeted programming of educational content in accordance with the presented methodology.
