The 1st Engineering Data Analytics and Management Conference (EAMCON) is a premier annual forum that brings together researchers, academicians, and industry professionals to deliberate on recent advancements and emerging trends in engineering data analytics, computational intelligence, and data management. The 2025 edition of EAMCON was hosted by Bangalore Integrated Management Academy (BIMA), Bangalore, India, in collaboration with FTKEK, UTeM, Melaka, Malaysia, Politeknik Negeri Bali, Indonesia; Institut Desain dan Bisnis Bali, Indonesia; MIT School of Computing, MIT Art, Design & Technology University, Pune, India; School of Computer Engineering, LPU. Phagwara, India; IcfaiTech, The ICFAI University, Jaipur, India; St.Peter’s Engineering College, Hyderabad, Telangana, India and SciVate Research, India. The conference was conducted in hybrid mode from November 26–27, 2025, in Melaka, Malaysia. EAMCON 2025 marked the inaugural edition of the conference, establishing a platform for high-quality research exchange and fostering collaboration among scholars from around the world.

For EAMCON 2025, a total of 206 submissions were received from researchers representing various countries and academic institutions. Each manuscript underwent a rigorous peer-review process conducted by experts from the international Program Committee. After careful evaluation of the novelty, technical contribution, and presentation quality, 60 papers were selected for inclusion in this volume of the Advances in Engineering Research series published by Atlantis Press (a part of Springer Nature). The acceptance rate of 29.2 % reflects EAMCON commitment to maintaining high publication standards.

The technical program of EAMCON 2025 featured a series of inspiring keynote lectures delivered by distinguished experts who shared their insights into cutting-edge developments across computational intelligence, data communication, and related domains. This year’s conference included two categories of keynote speakers: one representing academia and the other representing the industry.

From the academic side, keynote addresses were delivered by: Gang Li, Deakin University, Australia, Srikanth Prabhu, MIT, Manipal and Raja Murgeshwaran, Taylor’s University, Malaysia.

These keynote presentations significantly enriched the conference by bridging academic research with real-world industrial perspectives, fostering a comprehensive understanding of advancements in computational intelligence and data Analytics and management.

An international conference of the scale of EAMCON 2025 and the release of its proceedings in collaboration with Atlantis Press represent the culmination of the unwavering dedication and coordinated efforts of the entire organizing team. The success of a conference of this magnitude is shaped by the committed contributions of numerous individuals at various stages, each driven by their sincerity, professionalism, and tireless work. From its inception, EAMCON 2025 has been fortunate to receive consistent support, encouragement, and participation from scholars, reviewers, committee members, and well-wishers from around the world.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all who have contributed in any capacity to the success of EAMCON 2025. The edited proceedings published by Atlantis Press would not have been possible without the perseverance and diligent efforts of the steering committee, advisory board, technical program committee, and session chairs. We also thank all contributing authors for choosing EAMCON 2025 as the platform for presenting their research and for their cooperation in adhering to timelines and incorporating reviewer feedback with care and precision.

Our sincere gratitude goes to the peer reviewers whose volunteered efforts ensured the quality, accuracy, and relevance of the manuscripts included in this volume. Their thoughtful evaluations and attention to detail form the backbone of scholarly publishing and have greatly enriched the proceedings.
