Abstract

Working principles, characteristic parameters and adjustment of gas proportional valve are introduced in the paper. Performance parameters of gas proportional valve can be tested through gas proportional valve monitoring and control system. Test data are processed and analyzed, characteristic curve graph capable of reflecting performance of the proportional valve has been obtained, and the quality of the gas proportional valve has been judged by comparison with criteria.
