Abstract

As a worldwide educational trend, humanistic education has become an irresistible trend, and is valiantly ''flowing'' in all fields of education. The "people-oriented" humanism thought has made fundamental changes occur in the teaching idea and teaching nature of college teachers, the humanistic qualities, psychological personality, personality charm, moral sentiment and self-cultivation image of college teachers will cause a significant impact on the learning effect and moral quality of college students etc.
