Abstract

In the process of the department project management, persons need collect the objective project group running data adequately and use the project management technology to analyze and extract the problems to be solved or receive guidance mission issued by the enterprise for the department as to form the management specials. Finally, the department management is refined to control and implement management specials with information technology.
