Abstract

Chinese cross-border e-commerce has been developing rapidly in recent years, while logistics is a weak link in the process of cross-border e-commerce. There are three main logistics models in cross-border e-commerce: third party logistics, overseas warehousing and logistics alliance. The advantages and disadvantages of the three models are respectively analyzed. Based on the analysis the authors put forward suggestions on logistics model selection for enterprises and on developing cross-border e-commerce logistics for the government.
