Abstract

This paper researched the correlation between the management capability and the corporate environmentLal investment of enterprise by using the operating data from A-share heavily polluting industry listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen (2010-2015). It can be found that: it is a "U" type relationship between the management ability and the corporate environmental investment. This paper is helpful to provide suggestions for environmental governance from the corporate, government and market levels
