Abstract

With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry, the demand for cross-border e-commerce talents is increasing. In order to meet this demand, we need to cultivate more high-quality talents of cross-border e-commerce. This paper, based on the current situation of Wuhan universities and cross-border e-commerce enterprises, analyzes the problems in the training process of cross-border e-commerce talents and puts forward corresponding suggestions, hoping to provide reference for the training of cross-border e-commerce talents in China.
