Abstract

According to the needs and characteristics of military representative positions in the new era, this paper analyzes the necessity of undergraduate talent training in equipment procurement management, systematically expounds the status quo of undergraduate talent training in equipment procurement management, and puts forward the tentative idea of undergraduate talent training mode for equipment procurement management with the targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
