Abstract

According to the understanding of the library service crisis management and the field where university library service crisis occur, the library service is divided into three parts: service item, service mode and service quality. By analyzing the current level of university library service, this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to promote the service and management level on service item, service mode and service quality of university library.
