The 4th FIRST 2020 International Conference was held in Palembang, South Sumatera Province, Indonesia, on November 10-11, 2020. FIRST International Conference is so delightful to get involved in research of the COVID-19 by presenting the special issues of COVID-19 in this year’s conference. These special issues of COVID-19 consist of research in the field of health, economical effects, and technology in managing the COVID-19. Therefore, the 4th FIRST 2020 International Conference makes collaboration with Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Jakarta (ITKJ). The 4th FIRST 2020 International Conference is also co-organized by Management & Science University (MSU).
