Abstract

The authors considered the financing of economic growth and development of the Russian spatial structure, due to limited financial resources and justified the pattern of formation of a new financial instrument - rational financing. The concept of rational financing was formed from the scientific and practical points of view. A methodology for determining the rationality of financing of the Russian spatial structure development was proposed. A factorial model of allocation of financial resources was developed and tested, and the regions and federal districts were distinguished from the standpoint of rational financing of economic growth.
