Abstract

The article systematizes the trends of economic growth and labor productivity of the leading countries of the world and Russia. The data of official statistics and expert estimates on the dynamics of labor productivity in the economy of Russia and other countries are analyzed, and the influence of the most important factors of the revealed changes is determined. Methodological approaches used in international practice to determine labor productivity and efficiency are considered.
