Abstract

In the administration field, the concepts of administrative efficiency and administrative efficacy are closely related but easy to be confused. Generally, administrative efficacy can direct administrative efficiency and contrarily be reflected by administrative efficiency. At the same time, there are some fundamental differences between them, including decision - making rules, administrative levels, actual effects and evaluation results. Therefore, recognizing the relations and differences will be helpful to understand their status in the administration field, which will strengthen the administrative efficacy and increase the administrative efficiency.
