Abstract
This essay analyzes students’ individual English language ability needs and Liaoning’s socio-economic needs analysis. Using empirical research methods, through questionnaire surveys and experiments, comprehensive strategies are used to analyze how international educational cooperation projects in education can pass the teaching content, curriculum system, ability goals, curriculum arrangements, Teaching evaluation, teaching material development and teacher development improve students’ academic English ability and quality, aiming to provide reference for academic English teaching in colleges and universities.
