Along with the development of the business world, then more and more new regulations new have been issued. This also applies to The field of taxation. Generally, The public as taxpayers do not understand about the General conditions of taxation. Moreover, with its frequent changes of regulation from the Minister of finance in the field of taxation. In this case the service organization of the tax consultant is needed. The purpose of this research is to analyse and identify the risks that occur, and to find out the action that can be done for the avoidance, prevention and minimizing risk that can occur in Drs. Iman Santoso's tax consultant. The type of research conducted used qualitative descriptive approach. While the research location is located in Delima Street, Pinang Mas Blok F no. 1 & 2. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentations. The results obtained from the results of risk analysis on tax consultant is there are some of the risks occurring and the impact on the risk of having levels, ranging from common to never happen and high-impact or low. To anticipate and avoid risks that arise or occur, the tax consultant should do preventive actions in order to reduce and avoid unwanted risks.
