Abstract

The Entrepreneurship Development Program at the Batam State Polytechnic is a national competition grant from the Ministry of Research and Technology. The implementation of the entrepreneurship development program is the second year. Tenans in the entrepreneurship development program are students and alumni. The recruitment of tenans is carried out in an integrated manner so that the program can accommodate interests in entrepreneurship development. Candidates for tenants are participants of entrepreneurial student programs, student creativity programs, entrepreneurship courses and alumni who are starting businesses. The pattern of recruiting tenants in 2019 through technoprenuer competition to increase interest in entrepreneurship in the field of technology. Besides going through the recruitment pattern competition using administrative selection and interviews. Recruitment results obtained as many as 46 tenants who will follow technical guidance and business consulting.
