Abstract

In order to give full play to the resources and geographical advantages of the Heihe University in the border, promote the sharing of high-quality resources, expand the space for international exchanges and cooperation and deepen the connotation of cooperation, this paper analyzes how Sino-Russian cooperation in running joint schools can be conducted in the major of art design in Heihe University and sums up experiences so as to promote such cooperation more perfect.
