Abstract

On the base of pervious study, we propose the dimension structure of employer attractiveness under the background of China. We prove that the dimensions of employer attractiveness mainly consist of the system of salary and development, the working environment and atmosphere, the recruitment process, the nature of work, and the strength of enterprise brand through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis. The findings suggest some ways to enhance the employer attractiveness.
