Abstract

Grain reserve system is an important material basis of national control of grain. Grain reserve system is still a lot of problems in the system, mechanism, structure and layout. We should solve the way of making clear the starting point of the operating reserve grain, optimizing the size of the National Grain Reserve, optimizing the layout of the grain reserve pool, and improving the system of the grain reserve system.
