Abstract

As the close contacts of internal and external stakeholders and those who realize their interests, business managers bear an inescapable moral responsibility to the three dimensions of society, enterprise and employees. Clarifying the moral responsibilities of managers is conducive to the long-term healthy development of enterprises, and it can also promote social stability and prosperity of the national economy.
