Abstract

The article studies the current conditions for developing and implementing strategies at the regional level. By the example of the strategies of the Republics of Tatarstan and Krasnodar Krai, the authors analyse the experience of applying the “AV Galaxy Model” — a new technology of strategic planning proposed by the Leontief Centre — AV Group Consortium and the proposed approach to strategy implementation at the regional level.
