Abstract

Russian oil painting has its unique artistic characteristics and development courses. Influenced by westernization and local culture, it has both the connotation of Eastern and Western cultures, has strong artistic expression and appeal power, and is in line with the aesthetic requirements of both eastern and western people. The artistic language of Russian oil painting has rich aesthetic characteristics, including figurative realism, decorative nationality, imagery thought and emotion, abstract modernity and so on.
