Abstract

The digital course construction in university campus has different characteristics. Some "pay attention to video and attach less importance to research", the other "pay attention to instruction and attach less importance to design". They neglect an important basis at the same time: curriculum standard. Curriculum standard is the foundation and basis to manage and evaluate courses. The goals and content of digital course construction shall conform to curriculum standard, in order to correctly determine teaching objectives and solve problems faced by students in the process of learning.
