Abstract

The film I am not "Pan Jinlian" reflects a social issue of the masses' petition. In the film, the government conducts ideological work for the party many times to attempt to persuade her into stopping suing. But all their efforts fail. This paper analyzes the causes of failure and takes a lesson from it. It makes conclusions that when the governments develop ideological education work for the masses, they should adhere to the principles of subjectivity and democracy, use model demonstration, psychological counseling, infection education and other correct methods.
