Abstract

In the context of China's advocacy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", the concept of competency in the field of human resource management is introduced to college students' entrepreneurship in Liaoning, starting from the research value of college students' entrepreneurial employment, and based on theoretical analysis and actual research. In the construction of the guiding mode of employment, on the basis of determining the competency characteristics of successful entrepreneurs, this paper proposes an entrepreneurial competency improvement path based on the characteristics of college students, which is used to specifically guide college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education.
