Abstract
With the arrival of the era of big data, the amount of information is huge and the update is fast. This paper introduces the connotation of teachers' personal knowledge in the information age, analyzes the characteristics of knowledge in the era of big data, and puts forward the strategies for teachers to deal with teachers' personal knowledge management in the era of big data.
