The conference brought together researchers, academicians, industry professionals, and students from all corners of the world, providing them with a unique multidisciplinary forum to exchange insights, innovations, and recent advancements in the fields of Design, Visual Arts, Creativity and Innovation. ICCID 2025 served as a vibrant nexus encouraging cross-pollination across disciplines, fostering collaborations, and catalysing future research in emerging domains such as sustainable design, inclusive interiors, craft cultures, energy simulation, materiality, biophilic design and Creative Education. The technical program of the conference featured keynote addresses by diverse eminent speakers, invited talks, and peer-reviewed research paper presentations. Each submission underwent a rigorous review process to ensure the quality and relevance of the contributions. The selected papers, included in this proceedings volume, reflect the current trends and significant research outcomes in varied areas of design and innovation. We express our sincere gratitude to all the authors, reviewers, session chairs, and participants for their valuable contributions and active engagement, which made this conference a success. We also thank the management of Chandigarh University for their unwavering support in making this conference a success.
