Abstract

Asphalt pavement is the main pavement pattern in China. There have been a serious of achievements over the past decades in mechanics theory and damage mechanism of asphalt pavement. Based on the above two aspects in asphalt pavement design, this paper provides a detailed overview of the application of mechanic theory, evolution of constitutive relation, numerical analysis and experimental study.
