Hosted in a hybrid format in Hung Vuong University of Ho Chi Minh city, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam on December 19th and 20th, 2025, and conducted in both Vietnamese and English, the conference provides an inclusive platform for scholars, researchers, educators, postgraduate students, and engaged stakeholders to exchange ideas and build intellectually grounded responses to contemporary challenges. The conference is founded on the conviction that sustainable national development increasingly depends on the synergistic integration of technological and engineering sciences with the social sciences and humanities. Within this interdisciplinary vision, culture is understood not merely as heritage or identity, but as a living system of values that shapes human capital formation, social cohesion, and long-term developmental capacity. The papers assembled in this volume collectively address the urgent task of cultivating high-quality human capital that is simultaneously future-ready and culturally grounded, recognizing culture as both the spiritual foundation of society and a strategic resource for navigating the complexities of emergence and integration. Reflecting the conference scope and themes, the contributions engage three interconnected domains. The first foregrounds culture and humanity, examining pathways for sustainable cultural development, cultural value systems, and their implications for human flourishing. The second emphasizes science and education, addressing innovation in research and learning, educational philosophies and curricula, pedagogical practices, and the cultural dimensions that shape educational outcomes. The third explores economy and entrepreneurship, with particular attention to strategies for overcoming the middle-income trap amid global transformation and to the development of smart universities, innovation ecosystems, and entrepreneurship within the knowledge economy. Taken together, these discussions demonstrate the analytical power of interdisciplinary scholarship to generate integrated solutions for inclusive development, ethical modernization, and resilient governance. On behalf of the organizing committee, we extend our sincere appreciation to all authors for their intellectual contributions and commitment to scholarly excellence, and to the reviewers for their careful and constructive evaluations that strengthened the quality of the proceedings. We are also grateful to keynote and invited speakers whose perspectives have enriched the conference agenda and sharpened the collective conversation. This volume stands as a record of shared inquiry and a catalyst for further research and collaboration across disciplines, institutions, and national contexts. We hope that the ideas presented in these proceedings will stimulate sustained academic engagement, inform educational and development practices, and encourage culturally informed, evidence-based policymaking. More broadly, we trust that this collection will contribute to building societies that can pursue rising and integration without compromising cultural integrity, human dignity, and long-term sustainability.
