- Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid development of the global economy and digital technologies, an increasing number of innovation activities have been influenced by digital technologies. As a dynamic and significant sector, the service industry is undergoing profound transformation. Research indicates that service enterprises primarily achieve innovation through platform models, value-driven models, consumer-led models, and technology-driven models, continuously spawning new business models that propel the sustainable development of the service sector. However, studies also highlight ongoing challenges such as inadequate market regulation, insufficient reserves of technical talent, and weak digital infrastructure, which further constrain the depth and breadth of innovation. Moving forward, Chinese enterprises should strengthen regulatory mechanisms, enhance talent cultivation and recruitment, and promote cross-industry integration and innovation.
