Abstract

Under global economic integration, supply chain finance is crucial for relieving enterprises’ capital pressure, but traditional models are troubled by information asymmetry and inefficient risk control, with SMEs’ financing gap exceeding $5 trillion. The integration of blockchain and AI provides a new way to solve these pain points. This paper reviews the research progress of their integration in supply chain financial risk control from dimensions like technology integration logic and cost optimization. It is found that they form a “data – algorithm” closed - loop collaboration, reducing manual operations by 30% and information asymmetry costs by 40%. Smart contracts increase risk control efficiency by 50%, and there are solutions to challenges such as data security. This study systematically summarizes the current state of research, classifies progress in terms of technology integration mechanisms, cost optimization effects, and promotion challenges, and identifies existing limitations. Furthermore, it proposes future development directions from technical, application, policy, and talent perspectives, aiming to provide a theoretical basis and practical references for the further integration and application of blockchain and AI in supply chain finance. In the future, deepening technical collaboration and expanding scenarios are needed to promote industry development.
