Abstract

The cultivation of military graduate students is the core content of the cultivation of innovative talents, and is also the source of the motive force for the reform and strengthening of the military. At present, because of the unclear thoughts of top-level design in military, and the mutual nonsupport from relevant institutions. Etc., the elimination mechanism of postgraduates in our military can not be executed well. In order to solve this problem to improve the understanding of the elimination mechanism and realize the training of elite talents, it is necessary to change the thoughts in time and perfect the compensation mechanism so as to improve the cultivation quality of military graduate students. Therefore, three kinds of measures are presented in this paper to improve the reform of graduates education based elimination mechanism.
