Abstract

In 2015 halved and below 1.6 liters of displacement passenger car vehicle purchase tax policy, from the displacement of 1.6 liters and below passenger car sales, auto industry structure upgrade effects on energy saving and emission reduction, analysis of the policy effects on 6 aspects of the influences of highway planning and construction and the influence on the pulling effect of the national economy tax the income effect, car purchase.
