Abstract

This review introduced the low molecular weight polysaccharides preparation methods, and the research progress of functional activity of low molecular weight polysaccharides were described, and the future development and application prospect of the low molecular weight polysaccharides were discussed, and we put forward to the research of low molecular weight polysaccharides should focus on functional food and clinical application ,and contribute our own strength for clinical medicine.
