Abstract
This paper studied the effects of different proportions of inorganic fertilizer and organic fertilizer on yield and quality of amaranth by means of pot experiments. The result shows that when the ratio of organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer is 1:3, the most beneficial to improve the production of amaranth and improve its quality.
