Abstract

In academia, the obligations of minority groups have rarely been studied. This paper analyzes from the aspects of philosophical foundation, jurisprudential foundation and realistic foundations, proposes that ethnic minority groups should fulfill their obligations of citizenship, mutual benefit with other groups and give their subjective initiative into play. Only in this way can the preferential policies of ethnic minorities fully play their role, the ethnic minorities truly develop and the overall interests of society be realized.
