This paper takes children's picture books as a carrier to inherit the spirit of Yimeng, takes the worship of phoenix birds in Dongyi culture as an example, and points out that the creation of children's picture books is a reflection of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the education. This is extremely important for children's ideological quality, aesthetic experience and national feelings. The important influences will also foster children's cultural consciousness and cultural self-confidence in the subtle.
