Proceedings of 4th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Intercultural Communication (ICELAIC 2017)
The 4th International Conference on Education, Language, Art and Inter-cultural Communication (ICELAIC 2017) was held on October 17-18, 2017, in Moscow, Russia.
The aim of ICELAIC is to provide a common platform for educators, artists, scholars, and students with different cultural backgrounds to present and discuss the problems on education, language, art and inter-cultural communication.
The Conference is jointly organized by International Science and Culture Center for Academic Contacts (Russia), Leo Tolstoy Institute of Language and Culture (Russia), Shandong Women's University Art Institute (China), Russian State Specialized Academy of Arts (Russia), Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (Russia), Research Center of Chinese Dancing Culture and Art in Mianyang, Sichuan (China), Zhengzhou Yingchun Conference planning Co., Ltd (China).
The Conference received 261 manuscripts, of which 181 submissions were accepted by our reviewers. The papers included into this collection underwent a careful peer-review by the team of experts, prior to being selected for the publication.
We would like to thank the members of the Committees and the reviewers. They worked hard in reviewing papers and making valuable suggestions for the contributors to improve their work.
